Lake County Volleyball Club was created in 2011, to provide an affordable club volleyball option to high school boys in the Lake County area. Our first season we had one 17U team with 9 players on it before expanding to four teams our second year with over 40 athletes coming to try-outs. Every year our try-outs numbers keep rising and since 2017, we have expanded, offering three 17/18U teams and three 15/16U teams a season.

 

We compete in USAV sanctioned tournaments between the Chicagoland and Milwaukee areas. Our practice facility is the Zion Park District Sports Center in Zion, Illinois. Our season runs from September - February, with tryouts beginning September, practices in October and we continue training and competition throughout February to get our athletes ready for their high school seasons.

All of our dedicated coaches have trained and competed at the varsity/college level.

  Since the club began, over 300 LCVC Players have competed at the Freshmen, JV or Varsity Level at the following high schools:
